Why do mold trials take place before extruding aluminium profiles?

Aluminum profiles are rods of aluminum that are extruded through a die and thus have different cross sectional shapes.  Extrusion of aluminum profile is the most important link in the process of aluminum profile consumption.  The extrusion process will directly affect the quality of aluminum profile.  But the trial mode will be suspended until the aluminum profile is extruded.  Trial mode is very important for both custom profile and conventional profile extrusion.  So why suspend trial mode?

The main reasons are as follows:

1.In order to extend the processing operation time, the preheating of hydraulic oil temperature should be stopped and the melt temperature should be stabilized.  

2.In order to adjust the operation of the extruder, usually the aluminum profile products have a certain shrinkage.  Adjust the extruder according to the larger and smaller values of the product size.  Assuming that the value tends to be too large, the adjustment can be stopped through the gate.  Size of abort operation.  

3.The dimensional trend of each cavity can be corrected.  Assuming that the cavity and door sizes can be adjusted, and that correction can be stopped by adjusting the filling rate of the aluminum extruder or the temperature of the die, can the filling speed of the cavity be kept up?

4.Check whether the cavity or center of the mold can be moved, whether the mold filling rate can be uniform, and whether the mold temperature can be maintained at a constant temperature.  If there is any abnormal change, it should be corrected in time.
