How to deal with aluminum profile after anodized?

(1) Flush with hot water.  The purpose of hot water washing is to age the film layer.  But the water temperature and time should be strictly controlled, the water temperature is too high film layer thin, color light.  Industrial aluminum profile processing time is too long will also appear above similar problems, the appropriate temperature and time is: temperature 40 ~ 50℃ time 0.5 ~ 1min.

(3) The aging.  Aluminum aging method can be determined according to climatic conditions, there is sunlight in the summer can be exposed to the sun, rainy days or winter available oven baking, the process conditions are: temperature 40 ~ 50℃ time 10 ~ 15min.

(4) Repair of unqualified parts.  Unqualified conductive oxide film parts should be picked out before drying and aging process, because the film layer is difficult to remove after drying and aging and will affect the surface roughness of the workpiece.  This problem in the process of some exploration, through a variety of methods, found that the following method is very good effect, the method is simple, and does not affect the surface quality of the workpiece, the specific process is as follows.  

First of all, the unqualified workpiece is clamped on the fixture for aluminum anodizing. Then, according to the anodizing method of Aluminum of  aluminum profile in sulfuric acid solution, the anodizing process is carried out for 2 ~ 3min. The film layer is soft and falling off, and then after a little cleaning by alkali solution and nitric acid light, the conductive anodization can be carried out again.
